Wedding Reception Traditions Speeches
Traditionally there are a series of speeches at any wedding herd. In the past these discourses have begun with the bride's father, who passed the microphone after the groom and the groom was completed, which will transmit in the best man.
At the time today's Order of speeches wedding reception can be confusing. Many of us attend receptions, but if asked to speak first, second and third, probably not be able to remember. Below is a list of current Wedding Speech Order. This list has been amended to include the important ladies, as the bride, mother of the bride and bridesmaid.
Ladies – Stand Up and be heard
Women participating in the wedding wishing to express their thoughts and gratitude are now encouraged to do so. They now have the opportunity to thank the members of the wedding party and guests at the launch of a formal speech. This is considered perfectly acceptable practice and is a growing trend. Times have gone and as society continues to develop and evolve and increasingly as equal rights, who wants to be herd confidence can make a wedding speech.
